Although you can use a standard printer alongside A4 label paper; using a thermal printer can be much more cost-effective in the long-run.

How To Set Everything Up...

  1. Under 'Choose printing format', select 'Thermal printing' ensure to input your correct label size and press print all. The document will then be in your downloads.

  2. Open the download in Preview.

  3. Ensure you select your printer, if you do not have the correct driver then instructions on how to install are listed below. Select the correct paper size as well as select 'Scale to Fit'.

Re-Calibrating Your Printer

Reset Procedure:

  1. Press the FEED (red / green light) button and hold.

  2. Release your finger when you hear five "Di' sound.

  3. Then, you will hear another long "Di" sound - this means the printer has now been reset.

From here, we can now set the printer to calibrate the label size...

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. Press the FEED (red / green light) button and hold.

  3. Release your finger when you hear one "Di" sound.

  4. Now, the printer will automatically run back and fourth to calibrate the label size. Once it has stopped, the process is complete.
